We started StellerWeb after watching too many good local businesses get burned. One owner hands a cheap freelancer a few grand, waits months, and gets a site that just sits there. The next tries to build it themselves between jobs, loses a week of evenings, and still cannot be found on Google. Either way the money is gone and the phone stays quiet.
A cheap or do-it-yourself site is a real problem on its own. It does not get found, and it does not turn visitors into customers. But we kept seeing a second leak past that one: the missed call while the owner was busy with a customer, the lead that went cold because nobody picked up. You can have a great site and still lose the customer to whoever answered first.
So we built StellerWeb to close both gaps. We design the kind of site that gets found and makes people want to call, then we make sure every one of those calls actually gets answered, by an AI receptionist or simple missed-call text-back. You stop paying to attract customers who never reach you.
